I work in the plaza so I go to this Dunkin A LOT. It only took a week of me going here for one of the workers, I believe his name is Kevin, to memorize my order. I kid you not, I walk in and he already starts to make my drink!! He's fast, professional, FRIENDLY and always has a smile!
I wish I could say the same about all of the workers there. Two of the girls always look miserable. They short answer me and sometimes fail to make my order correctly. When I address a problem with my order, they don't apologize and are rude.
I'm giving this 5 stars because of Kevin! Thank you for your amazing customer service and for making my coffee delicious! :) -

Bought couple donuts for the kids. Our older kid find unknown fiber in the donut. Went back to the shop with phone record on,the manager said I can't record from the drive though window. And tell me pull over to the side of store, she will call the cop. Waited 15mins. Nobody come out and no law offer showed up. Calling the headquarters get report (#05955143).
Will see what next!

This location seems only interested in making sure it doesn't get stuck with unsold commissary product. Today is the second straight time I've been to the drive-up in late morning and they were out of the most basic donuts. A couple days ago it was glazed donuts. Today it was old fashioned. Look people, if you can't even have adequate stock in hand, why are are you in business? You took a big step down in quality and freshness years ago when you stopped making donuts on site, but truck them in from God knows where. Now you've further stuck it to the public. You would rather screw over would-be customers for fear that you might actually end the day with something unsold. What a sorry bunch of penny-grubbers. No wonder there are news reports that you want to change your name to just "Dunkin."

The manager here likes to argue with her customers. I am here very often and I have been told I was wrong and they didn't mess anything up and I supposedly said something other than what I know I ordered. If you aren't a morning person I suggest going to another location. They also nickel and dime you at this location. They charge 50 cents for lemon in your water, 1.00 for a cup of water, and 25 cents for sauce on a breakfast sandwich. Prior management did a way better job.

This DD is located in a strip mall off of 75th Street just east of Lemont Road. I stopped in to use their wifi and grab an iced coffee. There was plenty of seating and everything was very clean. The employees were friendly and quick to make my drink. The location and parking lot is the only negative. Overall- I was happy and would go back to this DD.
